What payment options do you provide?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal. We also accept E-checks thru Paypal. We accept Check or Money Order.
Place your order, print it out and send us payment. Allow a few extra
days for checks to clear. Any returned checks are subject to $25.00
service charge.
How much is shipping and how long does it take to get my order?
$5 for any size order to any destination in the United States!
Most Orders Ship Within 24 Hours/ Next Business Day. Allow 5-7 business days for delivery even though most orders arrive in less than 5 days. We ship most orders by 3-Day Priority. Larger orders are shipped by Fed Ex or UPS.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. We do not provide international shipping or shipping to Canada.
I'm looking for a particular book. Do you know where to find it?
This is our "#1 most asked question" of all time. We do not deal in "out of print" titles. Chances are if you are having problems locating a book it is because the book has not been published for several years or even decades. Ebay is a great resource for finding "out of print" titles and other information about your favorite childhood books. There are also wonderful online book stores that deal in "out of print" titles.
Do you give discounts for larger orders?
It is our policy to communicate with individuals or organizations on a private and personal level in helping them achieve their goals when purchasing from our store. We do give discounts on larger orders but those discounts are usually given to teachers, day cares, churches and community groups. For our regular customers we offer $5 shipping on any size order to any destination in the United States. No coupon code needed. We have found that our customers like a deal on shipping above anything else.
Do you ever donate toys?
We donate a great deal on a local level. We do not wish to go outside of our area with donations as we want our local organizations to have our full support.
Do I have to register with your website to order from your website?
No. Even though it's great to register and enjoy the benefits of being a member of Pure Imagination's website (like coupons and other fun stuff), we like our customers to have the choice.
Do I have to be a member of Paypal to order from you site?
Paypal currently handles one of our checkout options but that does not mean you have to be a member of Paypal.
Do you have a print catalog?
At this time we do not have a print catalog but our working on something for the near future.
Do you provide gift wrap or gift enclosures?
Yes we do! Just "Contact Us" after you place your order and we will honor any requests.
I prefer not to order online but want to order from your company. What are my options?
We do accept phone orders directly at our store at 814-355-1134. You can also e-mail us an order at purenation@hotmail.com or fax it at 814-355-1134. Just be sure to leave a phone number so we can call you to make payment arrangements.
