Returns:
Pure Imagination offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all toys. If
you are unhappy with an item, you may return it for a full refund
(excluding shipping charges), provided the toy has not been played with
and it is in it's original purchase condition. Contact us via e-mail or give us a call with an explanation of your return and we will give you a Return Authorization Number.
Customers must pay for their own shipping back to the address provided
below. Please include your name, address, and phone number along with
the original receipt when shipping back an item. Refunds will be given
after product is received and inspected by our shipping department.
Defective Items:
We appreciate the opportunity to exchange or replace defective items.
All claims for defective merchandise can be made within 30 days of
receiving your product. Please e-mail us explaining why the item is
defective and include your name, address, and phone number.
Compensation for your shipping costs back to us will be made as a
refund to your account. Any refunds or compensation costs will be made
